Exhibitor Loyalty Program
The Point System is Back!
Back due to popular demand, we will be reinstating our bonus point system to allow priority reservations to our most loyal exhibitors/sponsors. LASA wants to acknowledge all those partners who accompany us year after year. You make the congress just that much better for our participants, and we want to ensure we recognize that.
How will the point system work?
Each exhibitor will collect a point (1) each year it exhibits (beginning with the LASA2018 congress), one point (1) for each page of advertising in the Congress Program and one point (1) per type of sponsorship in the congress.
Each exhibitor will also automatically receive points when applications (including full payment) are received on or before November 22, 2018, per the table below:
On or before September 22 will receive three (3) bonus points
On or before October 22 will receive two (2) bonus points
On or before November 22 will receive one (1) bonus point.
(If two or more companies have merged, the exhibitor will inherit the points earned by the company that had the largest accumulated point total before the merger.)
What will the point system earn me?
By loyally partnering with LASA, you will be the first ones to know about our booth packages, make reservations and receive any other exclusive information. This will enable you to prepare, plan and obtain the best spots in the exhibit hall. Additionally, you will receive priority spaces in the book presentation schedule to ensure your authors are getting the exposure they deserve. Each year we will be posting any additional perks we have secured in each location for those high scorers.
