Un Estado que propaga desinformación en plena pandemia

Venezuela es considerada uno de los cinco países en el mundo en donde el Estado ha desarrollado mayores capacidades para poner en ejecución operaciones de propaganda en-línea. Desde el Estado venezolano se han realizado operaciones de ciberacoso usando trolls al menos desde 2009 y operaciones automatizadas para impulsar tendencias de opinión desde 2010. La pandemia de COVID-19 ha sido otro territorio para operaciones de guerra informativa ejecutadas por el aparato comunicacional oficialista venezolano.
