Elections are now open for the officers of LASA Vice president/President-elect, three members of the Executive Council and student representative. Please use the link below to read about the nominees and vote for the candidate(s) of your choice.

ELECTIONS 2022: NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE SLATE

The deadline for voting is April 22, 2022, at midnight EST. The newly-elected officers will assume their responsibilities on June 1, 2022, and will be introduced at the Business Meeting of the Association during the LASA Congress.

The winning candidate for Vice President will serve in that capacity until May 31, 2023, as President from June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024, and then as Past-President for an additional year. The two Executive Council members receiving the most votes will serve a three-year term from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2025, while the other will serve for two years only. The student representative will serve a two-year term from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2024.
