El Perú político al desnudo

Las elecciones congresales extraordinarias de este 26 de enero, sin estar acompañadas por unas presidenciales, han sido una oportunidad única para poner a prueba la fortaleza de las organizaciones partidarias en el Perú. La última elección no contó con locomotora, como se dice en la jerga política para referirse a la candidatura presidencial, que facilite el arrastre del voto. El resultado es el que uno podía esperar: un Congreso más fragmentado que el anterior.
