Technical Guidelines

Laptop Required Per Session

Session participants at LASA2026 are responsible for bringing their own devices and operating their own presentations. To ensure smooth transitions and minimize technical issues, we strongly recommend that the session chair bring a laptop, with all presenters prepared to use that single device for their presentations. This approach helps avoid delays caused by switching between multiple computers. Alternatively, each presenter may bring and use their own device and connect directly.

Have Your Presentation Ready

All meeting rooms at LASA2026 will offer Wi-Fi access for presenters and attendees. However, we strongly recommend having your final presentation and any necessary notes saved in advance directly on the device that will be used during the session. Please avoid relying on email or cloud services that require downloading files during your session. While internet access will be available, connection speeds may vary depending on the number of users online at any given time.

Ensure HDMI Compatibility

Each meeting room will also be equipped with a projector which supports HDMI. Please ensure your device supports HDMI. If it does not, please bring an HDMI adapter.
